Organized month by month so next month's deadlines are never a surprise

The Tax Deadline Calendar turns the statutory filing and payment deadlines that come around every month into a checklist. Whatever falls in the current month rises to the top with the days remaining, and you tick items off as you handle them. An annual table lays out all twelve months at once, so the next quarter never arrives unprepared.

What this app does

  • Every item due this month carries a badge with the days remaining. Anything overdue, and anything inside three days, is colored differently.
  • Tap an item you've finished and it dims and strikes through, with the progress figure in the header moving at the same time.
  • The annual table underneath lists deadlines month by month from January to December, with the current month's row highlighted.
  • Month arrows step back and forward so you can catch what slipped past and see what is coming.
  • A note at the foot of the screen explains how deadlines that land on a weekend or public holiday roll to the next business day.
  • Items that don't fall in the current month never enter the list. Only what needs doing now is left, so the scope of the review is unambiguous.

How it connects in the all-in-one

Checkmarks belong to the organization, not the browser

Progress is recorded in your workspace rather than on one person's machine, so an absence or a handover doesn't erase the record of how far the work got.

Nothing to install, nothing to connect

The screen deals only with deadline information and connects to no external tax service, so it opens the moment you launch the app. The filing itself stays on whatever route your team already uses.

When to use it

  • Run through this month's deadlines at the start of the month, split them by owner, and tick each one as it clears.
  • Jump to next month ahead of a quarter close to see what needs preparing in advance.
  • Open the annual table during a handover to explain the shape of the year.
  • Pass the current month's checked state straight to whoever takes over the close, so nobody has to recount progress out loud.

Frequently asked questions

If I switch computers, do I lose what I've checked off?

It stays. State is stored in the workspace rather than in the browser, so signing in from another device shows exactly the same progress.

Can I actually file from this app?

Filing doesn't happen here. The app lays out the schedule so deadlines aren't missed and records what has been handled; the filing and the payment stay with the person responsible, through their usual channel.

Can my colleagues see what I've checked off?

Yes. Progress is kept in the organization's store, so everyone who opens the app in your organization sees the same state. When several people share the work, nobody has to ask around for status.

What if a deadline falls on a weekend?

It generally moves to the next business day, and that note is printed at the foot of the screen. Treat the announcement from the relevant authority as the final word.
