Your approval workflow in numbers
Your approval flow in numbers — pending count, bottlenecks with current approver, lead time, reject rate, by type.
This app works with your workspace data. Create a workspace after signing up to use it.
The approval dashboard puts a number on where approvals are stuck. How many are pending right now, how many cleared in the last seven days, which item has waited longest, and how the queue breaks down by request type — all on one screen. Who is currently holding each item is on the screen too, so nobody has to go ask.
The approval inbox shows each person only the items sitting on their own desk. This dashboard takes the same approval inbox and turns it around to face the organization. Both screens read from the same data.
Nothing gets recalculated screen by screen. Because every view applies the same rule, the number on the dashboard never drifts away from the number somewhere else.
Pending items are listed longest-waiting first, with the current approver shown beside each one. Whatever sits at the top is what has been stalled the longest right now.
You get the distribution by type alongside the average processing time by type, so you can compare which kinds drag on.
This screen is for seeing where things stand. Approvals are actioned in the approval inbox, and the results come back here as numbers.
It is the gap between when a request was submitted and when it was completed, averaged per type. A shared metrics module runs the calculation, so the basis matches every other screen.
