Ledger View collects expense claims into a monthly ledger. Date, category, amount and status stack up one row at a time, with that month's total alongside. Ordinary members see their own; administrators see the whole organization.
This screen lists; Expense Insight compares. Both work from the same expense claims, so a total you read here matches the total you read there.
Ordinary members see only their own claims and administrators see the whole organization. The filtering isn't done in the screen — the server decides, so typing the address directly still won't show you someone else's spending.
The same claims that pile up in this ledger are swept by Anomaly Watch on a 30-day basis, raising single-claim spikes and spikes in an individual's total as candidates.
