My Ledger is where one person records their own money. It is stored in tables kept apart from company expense claims, and nobody else — including the workspace master — can see what you write. Photograph a receipt and it fills in the amount for you; set a budget for the month and it keeps telling you what is left.

What this app does

  • Record spending and income with an amount, date, category and note. Categories are free text, not a fixed list.
  • See this month's income total, spending total and the difference between them in one row.
  • See where the money went, sorted by category with each share of the month's spending.
  • Enter a budget for the month and it works out what remains. Only spending reduces it, so income never inflates the budget.
  • Upload a receipt or payment screenshot and it reads the amount, merchant and date into the form. You review and save it yourself.
  • Step back and forward through months to revisit earlier entries and totals unchanged.

How it connects in the all-in-one

Write it straight from agent chat

Tell the chat what you spent on lunch and it lands in your own ledger there and then. Ask what you have spent this month and it answers with the totals and what is left of the budget. If you never said an amount, it asks instead of inventing one.

Never mixed with company expenses

An expense claim runs through approval so the company pays; this is a record of money you spent yourself. The tables are separate, so a personal entry cannot leak into the totals on an expense screen.

When to use it

  • You work in a company account and want your personal spending in one place, but it must not be visible to the company.
  • Small leaks like lunches and fares add up, and you want a month's picture before setting next month's limit.
  • You collect receipts and never sort them, and would rather capture the amount at the till and throw the paper away.

Frequently asked questions

Can the workspace master or an administrator see my ledger?

No. Every read, edit and delete is bound on the server to the entries of the person asking, and there is no administrator override. A master simply has a ledger of their own.

What happens if the amount cannot be read from the photo?

It leaves the field empty and asks you to type it. It will not invent a plausible number from a blurred photo, because you judge your balance by that figure and a blank is safer than a wrong one.

If I set no budget, does it show zero left?

No. Having set no budget and having spent it all are shown differently. With none set you get a field to enter one, and if you go over it the remainder is shown as a negative so you can see by how much.

How is the currency decided?

Entries use the currency from the workspace country settings, and each entry keeps the currency it was written in. Changing the country later does not alter what past amounts meant.
