A room and resource booking system on a day/week timeline
Room and resource bookings as per-resource lanes on a day/week timeline, with live in-use status.
This app works with your workspace data. Create a workspace after signing up to use it.
The Reservation Board lays out when meeting rooms and equipment are free along a timeline. Each resource gets its own row, and bookings sit on that row as blocks, so the gaps are obvious at a glance. Switch between a day and a week to check both the space you need in the next hour and what next week looks like.
The Resource Utilization app totals up exactly what appears on this board. Nothing is re-entered or copied elsewhere for the sake of statistics.
Rooms and equipment are registered as organization resources, so the booking screen and the analytics screen reference the same list. Mismatched names can't split the numbers.
No, they don't — the board covers only room and equipment occupancy. Department-level schedules belong on Team Calendar.
The timeline runs from 8am to 9pm. Bookings outside normal working hours still appear inside that window.
The dot beside the resource name tells you. It fills with color while the resource is occupied and stays faded when it is free.
That lives in the Resource Utilization app. It aggregates the bookings collected here into utilization rates and a time-of-day distribution.
