Shared team calendar and scheduling
Two-week board of department and org-wide events, grouped into team lanes.
This app works with your workspace data. Create a workspace after signing up to use it.
Team Calendar spreads department schedules across a two-week grid — departments down the side, dates along the top — so who is doing what, and when, fits into a single view. Lanes are read straight from your org chart, so there are no calendar-only groups to set up.
Create a department or move someone between teams and the lanes follow along. There is no calendar-only group hierarchy to maintain on the side.
Events created anywhere in the suite land in the same store, so the department grid and a person's own calendar always show the same thing.
No — lanes are read directly from the departments registered in your org chart. Departments with no events are skipped so the view stays compact.
Not on this screen. Rooms and equipment are covered by the Reservation Board. Team Calendar is for department schedules; the board is for resource occupancy.
Personal events don't go into the lanes — only department and company-wide ones do. Your own schedule stays on your personal calendar screen.
Fourteen days by default. The previous and next buttons move the window two weeks at a time so you can look back and ahead.
Up to three events are shown in the cell and the remainder collapses into a count. That keeps cell heights even so the grid doesn't break apart.
