Sales Pipeline
1

See every deal's stage at a glance across five lanes from lead to won

2

Lane totals auto-sum in-progress and won values for instant tracking

3

Move a deal between lanes to update its status, no separate reports

4

Deal owners are linked to employee records, so there's no second list of names

Sales Pipeline lays your open deals out in lanes, one per stage. Six fixed stages run from lead to won, so everyone reads the board the same way. Each lane carries its own count and subtotal, and open value is totalled separately from won value.

What this app does

  • Place deals across six lanes: lead, contact, proposal, contract, won and lost. The server validates the stage, so nothing unexpected gets stored.
  • Move a deal forward or back with the arrows on its card. Nothing changes stage because someone dragged it by accident.
  • Open value and won value are summed separately and update on their own. Won and lost deals drop out of the open total.
  • Each lane header shows how many deals sit in that stage and what they add up to, so pile-ups are obvious at a glance.
  • Record a deal name, company, amount and owner. The list is ordered by whatever was touched most recently.

How it connects in the all-in-one

Owner names come from your employee records

Assign an employee to a deal and the name is pulled from the organization's staff records. You don't keep a second list of people inside the sales app, and a name change only has to happen in one place.

Client Directory rolls these deals up per company

The directory shows each client's deal count, open value and won value side by side. The two apps match on company name, so type the company exactly as it appears in the directory for the totals to line up.

Pipeline state never gets stuck in someone's private file

Anyone in the organization can open and edit the same board, so progress doesn't have to be chased down when an owner is away.

When to use it

  • In the weekly sales meeting, review only the deals that reached proposal this week and agree the next move.
  • Before quarter end, total what's sitting in the contract stage to see how far off target you are.
  • Use the client directory to spot accounts carrying the most deals and decide where to concentrate.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move a deal between stages?

Use the arrow buttons on the card to step it forward or back. Stage values outside the defined list are rejected by the server.

What exactly do the totals count?

Open value is everything except won and lost deals. Won value counts only the deals sitting in the won stage.

How does it connect to Client Directory?

The directory aggregates deals by the company name on them. Spell a company differently and it won't group with the rest, so keep the naming consistent.

Who can add or edit deals?

Anyone in the organization can create, edit and delete them. No separate administrator permission is required.
