Catch expense anomalies and overtime early
Watch expense anomalies and overtime with rule filters; AI triages candidates with reasons. Admins only.
This app works with your workspace data. Create a workspace after signing up to use it.
Anomaly watch runs rules across expenses and attendance and raises the cases that need a human look. Four checks — a large single claim, a spike in one person's spending, a week past 52 hours and consecutive overtime days — are computed on the server first. Only then does AI rank what came out and attach a one-line reason. Administrators only.
You do not open the spending side and the working side separately to line them up. What has accumulated in the expense ledger and on the attendance board is fed into the rules as it stands.
The four rules narrow the field on the server. AI sees only what survived and writes the reason. The full data set is never handed to a model.
The 52-hour and consecutive-overtime cases come from the same attendance records the payroll ledger reads for actual hours, so the shortlist exists before the month is finalized.
Four rules. On expenses, a single claim above five times the 30-day median and an individual total above three times the per-person average; on attendance, a week past 52 hours and three consecutive overtime days.
No. Rules narrow the field and AI adds a verdict and a one-line reason. The final call belongs to an administrator.
Administrators only. It puts expenses and attendance on one screen, so access is deliberately narrow.
