The attendance board shows who is at work right now on a single screen. Headcount is grouped by department, and several clock-ins on the same day are added together into actual hours worked. Those hours are what the payroll ledger and anomaly watch read next.

The payroll and statutory-insurance ledger multiplies the actual hours from this screen by each person's ordinary hourly rate. Nobody has to compile attendance separately and hand it over to whoever runs payroll.
Anomaly watch sweeps these records for long weeks
Seven days of attendance are run through rules that look for weeks past 52 hours — the statutory ceiling under Korean labor law — and for three consecutive days of overtime. Nobody has to read the table every week.
When to use it
- On shift work where people clock in more than once a day, read actual hours without adding intervals by hand.

Frequently asked questions
If someone clocks in twice in one day, are the hours added up correctly?
Yes. Every clock-in and clock-out interval is summed into actual hours worked, so a morning-and-afternoon split still counts as one day.
Do attendance records feed payroll?
The payroll and statutory-insurance ledger takes these actual hours directly and multiplies by the ordinary hourly rate. Attendance never has to be re-keyed.
Who can see the board?
It follows your organization permissions. Administrators see the whole organization; members see what their role allows.
