The payroll and statutory-insurance ledger multiplies the actual hours recorded on the attendance board by each person's ordinary hourly rate to produce estimated pay and deductions. It separates the employee share of Korea's four statutory insurances — national pension, health insurance, long-term care and employment insurance — and reports net pay. The figures are an estimate: actual pay and contributions must be confirmed against a tax adviser or the official assessment.

What this app does

  • Pulls this month's actual hours for each person and multiplies by the ordinary hourly rate.
  • Calculates deductions line by line for national pension, health insurance, long-term care insurance and employment insurance.
  • Totals the deductions and reports net pay on the same row.
  • Sorts department, name, hours and rate into a table for person-by-person comparison.
  • Flags anyone with no hourly rate set, so nobody is silently skipped.
  • Shows the month's total labor cost and total deductions on a summary row.

How it connects in the all-in-one

It takes the actual hours from the attendance board as they stand

There is no step where attendance gets compiled and re-typed. A split shift arrives already summed, because attendance did that before the figure crossed over.

Anomaly watch has already picked out the long weeks

Weeks past 52 hours and three consecutive days of overtime are filtered by rule before payroll opens, so the list of people to check is short by the time you get here.

When to use it

  • Gauge the size of this month's labor cost before payroll closes.
  • Find new joiners whose hourly rate is still blank and ask for it to be registered.
  • Compare labor cost by department when planning headcount for the next quarter.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay people the amounts shown here?

No — these are estimates, and the screen says so. Confirm actual pay and contributions with a tax adviser or against the official assessment.

Where do the working hours come from?

Straight from the actual hours accumulated on the attendance board, already summed across multiple clock-ins in a day.

Who has access to payroll figures?

Because this is compensation data, the screen is limited to the master and sub-master roles.

Does it cover the employer's share as well?

This screen calculates the employee share. The employer share is separate, and the screen states that alongside the figures.
