WORX SLIDE is a presentation tool that runs in the browser with nothing to install. Build decks from shapes, tables, charts and images, and exchange them as .pptx files. Because it lives inside the NOWORX groupware suite, everything you make stays in your organization's drive.

What this app does

  • Draw diagrams with 17 shape types and connectors. Connectors snap to a shape's ports and follow it when you move it.
  • Group elements to move them together, then drill into a group to edit just one element inside it.
  • Alignment guides appear while dragging when edges or centers line up, so nothing is placed by eye.
  • Presenter view shows the next slide and your speaker notes on a separate screen, with an elapsed timer running.
  • Import and export .pptx files. Open a deck someone edited elsewhere and their changes are still intact.

How it connects in the all-in-one

Every deck stays in the organization's drive

No downloading and emailing copies around. Department and role permissions apply, so only the right people see it.

The same canvas engine as WORX BOARD

Shapes, connectors, alignment and grouping behave identically in both apps. Move an idea from the whiteboard into a deck and the muscle memory carries over unchanged.

Share externally with people who have no account

One link opens exactly one document. Set view-only, an expiry date or a password — revoke it and access stops immediately.

When to use it

  • Open last week's report deck, change only the numbers, and present it this week.
  • Take a .pptx from an agency, rework it into your house format, and send it back in the same format.
  • Send a proposal to a prospect with no account as a view-only link, then revoke the link once the review ends.

Frequently asked questions

Can it open .pptx files directly?

Yes — both import and export are supported. Open a file you received, edit it, and export it back in the same format.

Will edits made in another tool be lost when I reopen the file?

No. Changes made elsewhere take precedence; the extra data we store never overwrites what another tool wrote.

Where are my decks stored?

In your organization's drive, following the same department and role permissions. People without access simply don't see them.

Can several people edit the same slide at once?

Live co-editing is available in WORX BOARD. WORX SLIDE works by saving and then handing the deck over via the drive or a share link.
