NOWORX Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your NOWORX account (Published and sold by Paprika US, Inc. · Developed by Snake Steak Inc.) and associated data.

How to delete your account

1. Option 1 — In the app or web: Sign in to the NOWORX app (or noworx.app) → open the profile avatar menu → "내 프로필" (My profile) → at the bottom of the screen, the "계정 관리" (Account management) section → "회원 탈퇴" (Delete account) → confirm with "탈퇴" in the dialog. Deletion is processed immediately. (These controls are currently labelled in Korean.)
2. Option 2 — By email: Send an "Account deletion request" from your registered email address to meshedwell@pprk.xyz. It will be processed within 7 days after identity verification.

Data that will be deleted

• Account information: email address, name, profile photo
• Data in your personal workspace: messages, files, documents, settings
• Workspaces you own: deleted together via the workspace deletion process (if other members exist, you may transfer ownership and then leave)

Data that is retained

• Transaction and payment records subject to statutory retention (e.g., e-commerce law) are stored separately for the legally required period and then destroyed.
• Backups and server logs are deleted progressively within a maximum of 30 days.
